Rehearsals

Choir rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings from 8 to 10pm.   The venue is Sandilands Sports Club at the south end of Sandilands Road, Addiscombe - CR0 5DB.  This is also the home of Addiscombe Cricket Club.  On summer evenings in June and early July it is possible to watch cricket and sup a pint drawn from the well-stocked bar ahead of rehearsals and during the ten-minute half-time break.  

We take a break from rehearsals for approximately six weeks of the summer holidays, during late July and August.   But the choir holds informal singalongs during the summer period, when we rehearse the pieces we perform at the apres - the wind-down sessions held in local pubs after concerts.
